Refund Policy

Plain-English summary: we confirm scope in writing before doing the work, so you know what you're getting. If it isn't the right fit before we start, you get a full refund. Otherwise, refunds are available for a short window after purchase — details below.

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to purchases made through iluxxian.com and Stripe checkout.

The refund window

Outside of a "not a fit" situation (below), refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase and before we have completed 2 hours of work on your engagement — whichever comes first. After that point, fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, less payment-processing fees that are not returned to us (typically around 3%).

If it isn't a fit

Before we begin, we confirm scope in writing. If we determine your workflow cannot be scoped to fit the package, you receive a full refund — a refund, not a surprise invoice.

Automation Audit

Refundable within the window above. Once the audit is delivered — the scored build map, ROI estimate, and recommendations — it is a completed deliverable and is non-refundable. It is yours to keep and act on, even if you build elsewhere.

Fixed-Scope Build

Refundable within the window above. Once we pass 24 hours or 2 hours of work, fees are non-refundable, as they cover time reserved and work performed. Every Build still includes 30 days of post-launch fixes for issues within the agreed scope.

Care Plan

The Care Plan is a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime. Your first payment is refundable within 24 hours if we have not yet begun monitoring or onboarding; monthly renewals are non-refundable. Cancelling stops all future billing, and your service stays active through the end of the paid period.

Promotional purchases

Discounted (promotional) purchases are refunded at the amount actually paid, less processing fees. Complimentary items — such as the GAI World 2026 pass included with a promotional Build — have no cash value and are not refundable for cash.

How to request a refund

Email hello@iluxxian.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to reply within one business day.

Before you file a chargeback

If something is wrong, please contact us first — we would much rather make it right directly than through a chargeback, which is slower for everyone.
